Smooth Class 1/19/2016: Waltz week 3


This week everyone showed marked improvement in their movement and memory of the choreography this week. For those who missed this week, we added nothing new but spent considerable time dancing the piece with different partners and applying skills from our exercises. I cannot wait to see everyone’s final video next week!

Do you want to get the most out of your classes? Do you routinely show up early? In most movement classes it is customary to warm up the muscles, get the mind in the space and sometimes stretch before class begins. Not sure where to start? Take a few deep breaths and borrow some exercises from this series or a past series that you have found beneficial. Then, review your choreography. You will be amazed how much more focused and productive your time in class will be.
